Scope
These terms govern use of the Fesabil Global public site and the qualification workflows it hosts. Platform usage is governed by the platform agreement presented at onboarding.
No brokerage, no legal advice
Fesabil provides execution infrastructure — a transaction workflow layer. It is not a broker and not a law firm; regulated activities are performed by licensed professionals engaged on each file.
Non-custodial operation
Fesabil never holds client funds. Funds move exclusively through regulated payment institutions, escrow providers, solicitors or notaries.
